Charter Transfer to Rottnest Island
Sunday 22nd March
For those arriving on flight VA681 at 10.30am you will be transferred to Fremantle by Bus (pick up from Coach Bay Parking) and Ferry to Rottnest Island.
Ferry departure is from 1 Emma Pl, Rous Head Rd, North Fremantle at 12.30pm for those already in Perth, wanting to make their way with the rest of the crew - arrive by 12noon and get your wristband from Cat Rogers.
Arrive at Samphire Rottnest Resort. Check in is not until 3pm, so we have group storage of your luggage, you will be required to check with the staff member of your arrival and you can collect your bike. Please note: A $100 incidental room bond is required for your stay at check-in - this is for your entire stay and not per night.
Bikes are included for the duration of your stay to explore the Island in your downtime.
Lunch at your leisure
Enjoy a small bite to eat at the Bakery and meet a Quokka, or perhaps for something more substantial, have a meal at Hotel Rottnest.
4.00pm
All delegates to meet near Samphire Resort (in front of reception) for the widely popular Cultural Private Walking Tour, this is the perfect welcome to the Island. The tour will take approximately 1.5 hours so ensure you wear comfortable shoes.

Catch up with fellow Leaders as you're welcomed to Rottnest Island, WA with a sumptuous beachside BBQ Feasting Dinner & Drinks while watching the sunset. The meal is heavily focused on local seafood, however dietary requirements and requests have been noted.

Isola Bar e Cibo is a relaxed yet refined Italian bar and restaurant perched right on the beach at Thomson Bay. Reflecting the simplicity of island life, it blends barefoot Rottnest vibes with a sophisticated Italian style drinks list and beautifully simple dishes built on quality West Australian produce. It is the perfect setting for our group dinner after a full conference day, offering a chance to unwind, connect and enjoy a beautiful evening by the water together.
6.25pm Isola is just a short walk from your room, where you will have had time to freshen up after a long day of learning and networking.

Tuesday 24th March at 11.00am-11.45am Q&A with Corey in Samphire Function Room and followed by lunch from 12.00noon at Sunsets Restaurant
Sunsets is located at the heart of The Lodge Wadjemup, it is a relaxed bar & dining space made for a long, easy island lunch.
Joining us for lunch will be one of Western Australia's top agents, Corey Adamson. Corey stands as the co-owner and Director of 'The Agency - Perth Property Team,' alongside Paul Tonich.
With a knack for innovative marketing and social media strategies, coupled with an innate ability to connect with clients, Corey has built a reputation for excellence in the industry.
Before his illustrious real estate career, Corey's athleticism shone bright in the sporting arena. He graced the Australian Rules football field with the West Coast Eagles in 2015 and 2016, and showcased his prowess in professional baseball, representing the San Diego Padres from 2009 to 2015.
Barefoot Bowls
2.30pm Walk or Bike Ride to the Golf Course (directions will be supplied)
Experience the charm of a game of lawn bowls at Rottnest Island Golf Course and unleash your competitive side.
Rottnest Island Golf Course is tucked away behind the main settlement towards The Basin and is easily accessible on a 10-minute walk or short bike ride.

Dinner at Lontara

Day 3

Yoga - Opt in
7.00am-8.00am
Enjoy a complimentary yoga session before leaving the Island. Awaken the body with a guided yoga flow set against the calm of Thomson Bay. Held on the Seadeck or in the Bayside Room (weather dependent).
Ferry
Ferry Departs at 12.00noon - be ready 15 mins prior to departure
Please allow enough time to check out, return your bike and take your luggage down to the vessel gangway.
Bus to Perth Airport
After disembarking the Ferry, hop on board the charter bus and make your way to the airport
